Comparing Plans on The Marketplace

At Premier HealthOne, we understand that you want high-quality, high-value health insurance coverage at an affordable cost. We have built a range of health insurance options with those priorities in mind, a local plan led by the skilled physicians you’ve come to know and trust.

Premier HealthOne plans are categorized in three levels, based on cost-of-care distribution:

  • Bronze: Plan pays 60% on average, customer pays 40%
  • Silver: Plan pays 70% on average, customer pays 30%
  • Gold: Plan pays 80% on average, customer pays 20%

Remember the following important dates for 2017 enrollment:

2017 Open Enrollment:

  • Nov. 1, 2016: Open enrollment started – first day to enroll, re-enroll or change a 2017 insurance plan through the Health Insurance Marketplace, Coverage can start as soon as Jan. 1, 2017.
  • Dec. 15, 2016: Last day to enroll in or change plans for coverage to start Jan. 1, 2017.
  • Jan. 1, 2017: 2017 coverage starts for those who enroll or change plans by Dec. 15, 2016.
  • Jan. 31, 2017: last day to enroll of change a 2017 health plan. After this date, you can enroll or change plans only if you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period. 

A Special Enrollment Period may allow an individual  to enroll in a Marketplace plan or change to a new plan, outside of the annual Open Enrollment period if there is a qualifying event.

The shopping tool asks you for basic information and then allows you to search for health plans that are right for you. The tool also includes detailed information about monthly premiums, deductibles, co-pays and other out-of-pocket costs.
