Premier Health Plan Benefits for Employees and Their Families

Health Business Value HMO offers you savings while providing a comprehensive benefit package. You choose a primary care physician to coordinate your care, yet have direct access to specialty care providers. Urgent care and emergency care are covered at the in-network benefit even when care is received from out-of-network providers.

Premier Health Business Value PPO allows you to see any doctor, but when members see a Premier Health Group participating provider, you receive a higher level of coverage, have lower deductibles, no claim forms and less out-of-pocket expenses. 

Pharmacy Benefits 

Both Premier Health Business Value HMO and PPO plans provide you with comprehensive prescription drug coverage. 

The drugs your doctors prescribe can play a very important role in your overall health. We include coverage in your plan to help make taking the drugs you need as simple and affordable as possible.
