Star Ratings

Premier Health Advantage (HMO ) has earned a 4 out of five-Star Overall Rating by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). In 2015 and 2016, only a small percentage of plans that achieved at least four stars overall had been in business for less than five years.

Using a 5-Star scale, the CMS scores are based on performance in health care quality measures including Getting Appointments and Care Quickly. This rating comes during the first evaluation of Premier Health Advantage by CMS. This recognition reaffirms Premier Health's core mission – to improve the health of the communities we serve through comprehensive, patient-centered care.

As partners in patient care, we are continually making a combined effort to improve the way we deliver care and do business. That involves identifying successes and opportunities for improvement.
