NOTICE: Amid significant uncertainty surrounding the future direction of U.S. health care policy, Premier Health Plan will join several other health insurers in exiting the federal health insurance exchange in Ohio by discontinuing its Premier HealthOne On-Exchange plan at the end of 2017. This affects our individual on-exchange plan only; it does not affect our off-exchange, Medicare Advantage or commercial group plans. Coverage for members enrolled in this plan will continue through Dec. 31, 2017, and there is no need for immediate action. Affected members will receive a formal notice letter from Premier Health Plan later this fall with detailed information. These members will be able to choose from a range of plans during open enrollment (Nov. 1-Dec. 15), including the Premier HealthOne Off-Exchange plan. In the meantime, please contact the Member Services number on the back of your ID card if you have questions.
